Birthday Parties @ Evolution Swim Academy

Evolution Swim Academy Parties are a year-round hit! No matter what the occasion, we can customize your party to your desire. We understand that every party is unique and for that reason, we have created a “build-a-party” theme where you can add-on activities to your liking. You start with our base rate party kit and add-on services as you please. It’s as easy as that.

Cost of a party: $175.00 (base rate)

Duration: 2 hours

Here is what is included in the base rate:
• Exclusive use of our state-of-the-art swim center
• 1 hour 20 minutes in the pool
• 40 minutes in the party room
• 12 children included
• 1 Evolution Swim Academy t-shirt for the birthday child
• 2 staff members
• Table (72’W x 30”D x 29”H) – Tables sit up to 8 children
• Plastic table cover (Teal)

Fine Print
Evolution Swim Academy parties are held on Saturday’s. We offer two time slots, 2:00 – 4:00PM and 5:00 – 7:00PM. Parties must be reserved in advanced and we do require a non-refundable $100.00 deposit when reserving. Parties can accommodate up to 24 children. We do not count parents that attend the event against the children headcount. Parents must sign a release of liability form for each child before attending the party. We do require adults to be in the water if children who cannot swim are present. Parties must be paid in its entirety at least 10 days before the event. Parties cancelled within a 1 week period of the event taking place will forfeit the total amount paid.
